Soundcore showcases expanded audio and video lineup at MWC 2026

Anker’s audio brand Soundcore has used MWC 2026 in Barcelona to showcase an extensive range of new products spanning headphones, earbuds, portable speakers, a voice recorder and a portable projector system. The lineup demonstrates the brand’s push into multiple product categories, with several products featuring notable technical specifications and a few genuinely interesting design choices.

Here is a breakdown of everything Soundcore has announced.

Soundcore AeroFit 2 Pro: dual-form earbuds with open-ear and ANC modes

Perhaps the most technically interesting product in Soundcore’s MWC lineup is the AeroFit 2 Pro, which the company describes as the world’s first dual-form earbuds. The core idea is straightforward: rather than forcing users to choose between open-ear comfort and noise-cancelling isolation, these earbuds let you switch between both modes using a physical adjustment mechanism.

The earbuds use a five-level adjustable ear-hook structure with 56 degrees of articulation. In the open-ear position, the driver sits away from the ear canal, allowing ambient sound in and reducing pressure for extended wear. When you want noise cancelling, you adjust the hook to reposition the nozzle closer to the ear canal entrance, creating a shallow seal that enables both passive noise isolation and active noise cancellation.

Two built-in sensors in each earbud (four in total) automatically detect which wearing mode is active and recalibrate the EQ in real time. This is a sensible inclusion, as the acoustic properties differ significantly between an open-ear and sealed configuration, and without automatic adjustment, the sound profile would likely suffer when switching modes.

Adaptive noise cancellation

The ANC system uses Soundcore’s Adaptive ANC 3.0 technology, which the company says checks environmental factors up to 380,000 times per second and makes up to 180 dynamic adjustments per minute. A six-microphone array captures sound from multiple directions for noise reduction. It is worth noting that the ANC performance of a shallow, semi-in-ear design is unlikely to match that of deeply sealed earbuds or over-ear headphones, but the flexibility of having both options in one device is the key selling point here.

Audio and build specifications

The AeroFit 2 Pro features an 11.8 mm custom driver with a TPU surround and LCP diaphragm. High-resolution audio is supported via LDAC, and the earbuds include spatial audio with head tracking. For calls, a four-microphone array with AI noise reduction handles voice pickup. The earbuds carry an IP55 waterproof rating with sweat guard protection, making them suitable for workouts and outdoor use.

The Soundcore AeroFit 2 Pro is priced at $179.99 in the US and is available from soundcore.com in matte black at launch, with gloss white and matte purple arriving later, followed by gloss blue in the coming months. UK pricing and availability have not yet been confirmed.

Soundcore Space 2: over-ear headphones targeting travel noise cancellation

The Soundcore Space 2 is a pair of over-ear headphones positioned around travel use, with a particular emphasis on blocking low-frequency noise such as jet engines. The headphones use what Soundcore calls a four-stage low-frequency noise cancelling system, comprising enhanced noise sensors, an upgraded processor, an optimised acoustic chamber and double-layer diaphragm drivers.

On the audio side, the Space 2 features 40 mm double-layer diaphragm drivers and supports Hi-Res Audio both wired and wirelessly via LDAC. The combination of larger drivers and LDAC support should, in theory, deliver solid audio quality for the price, though real-world performance will depend heavily on tuning.

Comfort has been a focus in the design. Soundcore says the fit has been ergonomically refined using an anthropometric database of over 2,000 scanned head profiles from testing in its Human Factors lab. The headphones use upgraded protein leather ear cushions paired with slow-rebound memory foam, which should help with long-wearing comfort during flights and commutes. UK pricing and availability have yet to be announced.

Soundcore Boom Go 3i: rugged portable speaker with a built-in power bank

The Boom Go 3i is a palm-sized portable Bluetooth speaker that packs a surprisingly broad feature set into a compact form factor. It delivers 15 W of output with up to 92 dB peak loudness, which is respectable for a speaker of this size, though real-world volume and sound quality will naturally be limited by the physical constraints of the enclosure.

One of the more practical features is the 4,800 mAh built-in battery, which not only provides a claimed 24 hours of playback but also doubles as an emergency power bank. Soundcore says it can provide up to 63% charge for an iPhone 17 when fully charged. For outdoor use, having a speaker that can also top up your phone is a genuinely useful addition. The speaker also includes a real-time power display showing exact battery life remaining.

Durability and connectivity

The Boom Go 3i carries an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance and has been tested for drop protection from up to one metre. A dual-slot rear buckle allows the speaker to be attached to a backpack or bicycle, and the soft silicone band is tear-resistant and stretchable, doubling as a hand strap or hanging loop.

Connectivity comes via Bluetooth 6.0, with Soundcore’s Auracast multi-device connectivity for linking multiple speakers. Additional features include a workout timer, voice amplifier, emergency alarm and front-facing LED light zones that sync to music.

The Boom Go 3i is priced at $79.99 in the US and is expected to launch in February 2026. UK pricing has not been confirmed. It comes in four colour options and ships with a quick start guide and a 0.6 m USB-C cable.

Soundcore Work: AI-powered voice recorder

The Soundcore Work is a compact voice recorder that leans heavily on AI processing for transcription and summarisation. The device is roughly coin-sized and designed to be clipped onto clothing or placed on a desk during meetings and conversations.

The headline feature is AI-driven transcription with a claimed accuracy of up to 97%, paired with intelligent summarisation that can distil recordings into key points. A double-tap gesture lets users mark important moments during recording for easy reference later. The device is MFi certified for Apple compatibility and includes privacy protection features, though Soundcore has not provided detailed specifications on how recordings are processed or stored.

At $159, the Work sits in a competitive segment alongside established voice recorders and newer AI-powered alternatives. The value proposition will largely depend on the quality of its transcription accuracy in real-world conditions with background noise, multiple speakers and varied accents. It is available now from soundcore.com.

Nebula X1 Pro: all-in-one mobile cinema system

The most ambitious product in Soundcore’s MWC lineup is the Nebula X1 Pro, an all-in-one mobile theatre system that combines a projector with wireless speakers, dual microphones and a retractable power cable. This is clearly aimed at users who want a portable cinema experience without the hassle of assembling separate components.

Display and image quality

The projector delivers 3,500 ANSI lumens with 110% Rec.2020 colour coverage, a 5,000:1 native contrast ratio and 56,000:1 dynamic contrast. It can project an image up to 200 inches (approximately 508 cm) diagonally, though at that size, the 3,500 lumens output would need a fairly dark environment to look its best. For more typical projection sizes of 100 to 120 inches, the brightness should be more than adequate.

Audio

Soundcore claims the Nebula X1 Pro features the world’s first wireless 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos system for immersive sound. If the wireless surround implementation works reliably, this could set the X1 Pro apart from most portable projectors, which typically rely on built-in stereo speakers or require separate sound systems.

Pricing

The Nebula X1 Pro is priced at $4,999 for the projector unit, with the 200-inch inflatable screen available separately for $1,999. This puts it firmly in the premium segment and well beyond casual impulse-buy territory. At these prices, it will be competing against dedicated home cinema projectors and high-end portable options from the likes of Xgimi, BenQ and Samsung’s The Freestyle range. A tentative launch date of January 2026 was listed, suggesting it may already be available in some markets.

A broad lineup with some standout features

Soundcore’s MWC 2026 showing covers a wide spread of product categories, from budget portable speakers to premium cinema systems. The AeroFit 2 Pro’s dual-form design is perhaps the most genuinely novel product of the bunch, addressing a real pain point for users who switch between different listening scenarios throughout the day. The Space 2 headphones look to be a solid travel-focused option, and the Boom Go 3i’s combination of speaker and power bank functionality could make it a practical companion for outdoor activities.

The Nebula X1 Pro and Work AI recorder are more niche propositions at their respective price points, but both target underserved segments with specific feature sets. As with all product announcements, the real test will come when these products are available for hands-on evaluation, particularly for the AeroFit 2 Pro’s dual-form mechanism and the Work recorder’s transcription accuracy in real-world conditions.

UK pricing and availability for most of the lineup have not yet been confirmed. We will update with local pricing once Soundcore provides further details.
